Return Policy
You can return the product you purchased within 7 days from the day you receive it, provided that the following conditions are met. For returns within this scope, you will not be responsible for any “shipping costs.”
The conditions for returns are as follows:
- Returns must be made with the original box/packaging and invoice.
- All standard accessories must be sent back undamaged and complete in their original packaging.
- Any promotional items included with the product must also be sent back in their original packaging.
- The product must not have any damage, dents, liquid exposure, etc.
- Along with the product you wish to return, you must send the original invoice (all copies in your possession) and a letter stating the reason for the return. If the invoice for the product is issued to a company, you must send it back along with a return invoice issued by the company. The return invoice should be issued excluding shipping costs (product unit price + VAT). Orders placed with invoices issued to companies cannot be completed without an accompanying RETURN INVOICE. You must send the product back to us in its original box, undamaged, along with your order number, invoice, and a brief explanation of the return reason.
Right to Withdraw
You can return the product you purchased without opening the packaging, using it, or causing any damage within 7 days from the delivery date. To return the product, you must fill out the return form for the relevant order on the “My Orders” page. After filling out the form, you will be contacted regarding the return process. The invoice issued in your name must be sent back to us along with the product. The returned product will either be replaced with another product or the amount will be refunded to your credit card. Any shipping costs related to the return will be covered by us.
Products Damaged During Shipping
If you suspect that the package has been damaged during shipping, you must open and inspect it in the presence of the delivery courier. If there is any damage to the product, do not accept the delivery and request a report from the shipping company. Once the product is accepted, you acknowledge that the shipping company has fulfilled its duty properly.
Defective Products
If you discover that the product is defective after delivery, you must fill out the defective product notification form on the “My Orders” screen. After submitting the form, you will be contacted regarding the process. If your return reason is deemed valid, you must send the product back to our store along with the invoice. The defective product will be replaced with a new one after we receive it. Any shipping costs related to the return will be covered by us.
